What is leadership in your mind?

"Leadership" is a really big buzz word in the world today, why is it important for you to be a good leader?

In this passage, Jesus is referring to leadership in the same situation that Jon quoted in the book of Luke. Why is this comment from Jesus so important to add to the story?
